Fees rendered for Legal Services performed are non-refundable. Money deposited for a retainer with The Sauter Law Firm through this payment system is refundable upon termination of representation by either The Sauter Law Firm or the client. Fees withdrawn from a retainer for services performed are non-refundable.
Payments made in error will be returned within 3 business days of notification to the firm of the error. Payment error notifications can be sent to admin@queencityadvocacy.com
The Firm complies with all applicable ethics rules, including the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct. This policy only concerns the refund of payments made to the firm and should not be considered a complete representation of the Firm’s policy regarding the handling of client funds.
